Overview of 6 week program Phase 1 (week 1) - introduction to stance, basic footwork and numbers of punches

After you finish your 6 weeks as long as you’ve shown us consistency and dedication we will invite you onto our backend programme, at this point you will be allot fitter, stronger, sharper more knowledgeable as to technique, principles and drills, plus allot better with your nutrition, so will be ready to go to the next level of training, again what we charge is amazing value but always best to talk to us as to price as we have different price structures that are easier to explain face to face...
